Before you can Add Multi-Factor Authentication, the Administrator of your domain, must Activate MFA in the KloudEmail Control Panel. Here is how at this Tutorial:

[STEP 01] Being login to your KloudEmail Webmail look at the top right where (A) you will see your email address (unless your changed the display) and to the right of your email address is the three stacked horizontal lines the "Hamburger Menu" (slang word for the 3 horizontal lines stack on each other). Click it.
