I'm sorry to see you go. Did you know you can host your email at one provider, host your website at another, and your domain name at yet another. And the reason we never require you to move your domain to KartHost when you order WordPress hosting or email hosting.
Here are the instructions for transferring your domain away from KartHost.
Prerequisite—You must be logged in to your KartHost Customer Center account, where your domain name is currently located. [Verify Step C before requesting EPP]
[Start From Customer Center Dashboard]
[A] Click on the block that shows Domains and a number in it (that represents the number of domains you have)
[B] On the My Domains page, locate the domain you wish to transfer. On the far right of the column, there are three dots, "***." Click the three dots, and from the drop-down menu, click on Manage Domain.
[First Step] (A), (B), and (C) will show you the things you need to check and do. In Step A we discuss each required step in detail.

[Step A] Register Lock - Click on the left navigation; if Register Lock is ON, toggle to disable.
The Register Lock will be grayed out when deactivated. As shown below.

[Step B] If the Addon ID Protection shows the Disable" button. That means it is activated.
Click the Disable the button to remove ID Protection from your domain name.

[Step C] You will need your EPP Code to click the Get EPP Code on the left vertical navigation. Then this will show up as confirmation the EPP Code has been sent to the Registrant's Contact of the Domain.
If you no longer have access to the current email address on file (Registrant's email), it will need to be updated. This is important because only that email address can receive the EPP (transfer) code — Enom does not allow KartHost to view or receive it.
To update your contact information, click the Contact Information link on the left side of your account. Please note that changing the registrant email address usually triggers a 60-day transfer lock, meaning the domain cannot be transferred during that period.
You may see a pop-up asking if you’d like to opt out of the 60-day lock — be sure to click YES to skip the lock. If the pop-up does not appear, contact us immediately by opening a KartHost Support Ticket.
We may be able to ask Enom to remove the lock, but this is typically only possible within a few hours, so we recommend making changes during our normal office hours.
If the current email is still active, check your inbox for a message titled “Requested authorization key for <your domain name>.

[Final Details]
Before leaving this page Set the Domain to Disable AutoRenew. Renewal invoices and processes are still in play while transfer is in progress. This will cancel the renewal invoice and prevent payment attempts for the open invoice. Customer Center sees the domain as active until you Disable AutoRenewal or the Transfer has completed.
You must go to your new Domain Name Register to start a Transfer and provide them with your EPP key.
Once your new register sends over the request for the Transfer. It will take five to seven (5 to 7) days until your domain is in your new account at the new register. This is Enom's process they do not provide any work arounds.
