This is how to set up an IMAP mailbox on the Outlook 365, Outlook 2021, or Outlook 2016 apps on Desktop or Laptop computers.
These instructions will generally work for any IMAP Email service, such as Gmail, Yahoo Mail, AOL, Outlook.com, and others. However, you must know the specifics of your IMAP Email Hosting Service.
The specifics are setting up KloudEmail Basic or KloudEmail Suite (powered by Rackspace) to your Outlook install.
You will need the following Server Details regardless of Email Client/Manager, please make note of them:
Incoming Server:
Server: secure.emailsrvr.com
Port: 993
Encryption method: SSL/TLS
Do Not Check "Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)"
Outgoing mail
Server: secure.emailsrvr.com
Port: 465 (if 465 doesn't work, try 587)
Encryption method: SSL/TLS
Do Not Check "Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)"

Setting your (IMAP) KloudEmail Basic or KloudEmail Suite to Outlook 365
Step 1 - With your Outlook 365 App open on your computer. On the top navigation Menu click on the "File" link.
Step 2 - On the resulting Account Information page, click the rectangle button that says "+ Add Account"
Step 3 - The Outlook setup Popup will appear. Outlook will try and to search for an email to set up. Ignore it and click on the Advanced options link.
Step 4 - Now, in the Email address field, (A) Outlook will attempt to populate that field for you, but in most cases, it will be wrong. Delete the email address Outlook populated and instead add the email address you want to set up.
(B) Under Advanced options, check the box "Let me set up my account manually".
(C) Now click the Connect button.
Step 5 — The next screen shows a list of email types. Make sure to select IMAP.
Step 6 - On the 'IMAP Account Settings' screen.
(A) Type in your password. (If you do not know your password, your only option is to use KloudEmail Webmail to use the "Webmail Password Recovery" for your mailbox if you have set it up. Otherwise, the only option is to have your company Admin reset your Mailbox password, or if you own the KartHost Account, open a Support Ticket and request a Password Reset).
(B) The "eye" if you click once, you can see the password you are adding. CAUTION: If you are in a public place, be careful of onlookers.
(C) Click the Connect button. If you get a message saying, "Something went wrong," click this link.
Mailbox is Set Up on Outlook 365.
(A) What will show when your mailbox is set up? The type (IMAP) and the email address set up will show.
(B) If you wish to add another Mailbox to your Outlook here, enter the email address and make sure "Let me set up my account manually)
(C) Then click the Done button. 
Congratulations, you have successfully added your KloudEmail IMAP email to Outlook 365
"Something went wrong" Outlook 365
Error Step 7 - Error Message - Something went wrong
(A) If you received the message below. More than likely, the settings in your mailbox are not correct.
(B) Click "Change Account Settings." This will allow us to review our settings.
Error Step 8 - Error Message - Something went wrong
You are now on the IMAP Account settings screen. If using KloudEmail Basic or Suite, the settings should be set as shown in the image below.
If they match your Outlook 365 install, your password is incorrect. Stop here and reset your Password.
If the settings need a change and you changed them, click the Next button.
This is the screen you will see when your IMAP (KloudEmail Basic or Suite) is set up correctly.
(A) What will show when your mailbox is set up? The type (IMAP) and the email address set up will show.
(B) If you wish to add another Mailbox to your Outlook here, enter the email address and make sure "Let me set up my account manually)
(C) Then click the Done button.
