Here are some reasons if you added a new Credit or Debit Card to your KartHost Customer Center account and your invoice didn't pay automatically.
[1] You should delete your old card (if it's expired, delete it), or if you would like to keep more than 1 card on file, please specify which card is the Default. The KartHost Customer Center only uses the card designated as the Default Card used for automatic payments.
[2] You added a new card and made sure it was your Default card. But the due date of the Invoice is past the due date. Our system will not go back and charge your card automatically if it's past the due date. Just so you know, you'll need to pay it manually.
