Thank you for being so patient as we had to work out a bug with our 3rd party SMTP service providers, Mailgun and Postmark.
The issue of not being able to open a new Support Ticket and Reply to Support Tickets is now resolved.
Who Can Open Tickets by Email?
- The Owner of the Account using the email address associated with the account.
- A User that the owner has invited to their account.
- A Contact (does not have login privileges)
