Here is how to reset the Password to the owner's User.

All Customer Center Accounts have logins associated with Users. If the owner of the KartHost Customer Center Account knows their existing password and wishes to change the Password you can. Here is how to do it.

Assumption: You are logged into your KartHost Customer Center Account.

[1] At the top right of the page, you will find the login user's Name. (A) Click the Login person's name, e.g., Johnny Rocket, and a drop-down menu will appear. (B) From the drop-down menu select Change Password.

 

[2] On the resulting Change Password page follow these steps:
(A) Existing Password field, this is where you add your current password. Note: If you do not know it, you will have to use the KartHost Customer Center User Password Reset process.
(B) New Password is where you will create the new password. For Password Requirements, simply click the round item on the far right with the "i" and a popup will appear with the current Password Requirements. Make sure to read ALL the requirements.
Generate Password - This is a tool that allows you to have the Customer Center generate your password if you like. You can modify the password generated for you if you like before saving.

MAKE SURE YOU SAVE YOUR NEW PASSWORD.

(C) The password you generated in the above step, retype it here (or paste it) to confirm your password.

(D) Now click the Save Changes button to save your new password.

You can start using your new password immediately to login to the KartHost Customer Center.
