This page provides all needed DNS records for all KartHost Hosted Exchange Services, Full, Lite+, and Lite.

NOTE: If your Domain Name is Registered through KartHost, we will automatically set up your DNS Records for you after you have ordered your Hosted Exchange service.

*MX Instructions - As an example. Let's assume your domain name is mydomain.com. Where you see <domainname-tld> replace it with your domain name in this format. Replace ".com" with "-com". here is how it will look: mydomain-com.mx1.arsmtp.com  & mydomain-com.mx2.arsmtp.com

Important - If a domain name has a dash "-" in it, like my-domain.com, using the same formula above, you will need to add an EXTRA DASH in the domain, like this my--domain-mx1.arsmtp.com,

Of course, if your .tld is something other than .com replace it with your .tld, example .net would appear as -net, .org would appear as -org so forth, and so on.
