Please be advised that while the Webmail issue resolved itself yesterday evening around 7 pm CST, the issue reappeared again this morning around 7:00 am.
Understand this is for ONLY if you are accessing your email via Webmail (using your web browser to log in to your KloudEmail mailbox). This isn't affecting IMAP or Mobile Sync which you would be using if you have your email setup on an Email Manager like Outlook (or Mac Mail) or have your mailbox set up on your phone or tablet. Also, this access issue through Webmail is not having any effect on incoming or outgoing email.
For those that are using or prefer to use Webmail to manage your email, we fully understand how frustrating this issue is, thus the reason why all "email engineers" are working to get this issue resolved as quickly as possible. Due to the huge complexity of email in the modern world, these issues can take some time to get worked out.

If you are using our KloudEmail Exchange Service and wish to use OWA (Outlook Web Access/app) which is using your web browser to access your Exchange email you will not be able to use, for now, the normal Webmail login to be routed to your Exchange OWA. Please be advised that if you are using our KloudEmail Webmail as one of many ways to retrieve your email, that the Webmail login system is currently having issues.
Webmail is basically using your Webbrowser on your computer or laptop to login to your email mailbox in the cloud.
Please keep in mind that this is NOT affecting your ability to send and receive email through the KloudEmail system. You can still use your smartphone, tablet, and any email manager like Outlook, Thunderbird, Windows 10 users "Mail" manager, on a Mac Apple Mail or Mac Mail to manage your email.

from the KartHost Home page click the 3 red horizontal bars "Hamburger Menu" and once the menu is exposed click KloudEmail > KloudEmail Status
