As part of KartHost efforts to continually improve the stability and performance of the KloudEmail Service, we will be enhancing the Mailbox Storage Platform.
These KloudEmail updates will be applied in phases starting January 5th, 2018 through April 1st, 2018. During the moving process, users may experience a one-time momentary loss of connectivity to their mailbox. Most KloudEmail clients, including KloudEmail Webmail, will re-establish connectivity after a short retry interval.

Please contact us if your users are experiencing repeated or prolonged connectivity issues lasting over 5 minutes.
