These KloudEmail updates will be applied in phases starting January 5th, 2018 through April 1st, 2018. During the moving process, users may experience a one-time momentary loss of connectivity to their mailbox. Most KloudEmail clients, including KloudEmail Webmail, will re-establish connectivity after a short retry interval.
Please contact us if your users are experiencing repeated or prolonged connectivity issues lasting over 5 minutes.
