FINAL NOTICE from Rackspace concerning Download recovered email files (May 3, 2023 date of deletion)

This notice is only for clients whose KloudEmail Hosted Exchange was effected on 12/2/2022 

On March 8, 2023, Rackspace announced the completion of the process undertaken to recover PST files for Hosted Exchange customers.

The recovered PST files remain available for download by you until May 3, 2023, if you wish to obtain them.

If you have not already downloaded the recovered PST files and wish to obtain and preserve them, this is your final notice
that the PST files must be downloaded by you by Monday, May 3, 2023.

Given Rackspace's termination of the Agreement for the Hosted Exchange services that it is no longer providing,
the recovered PST files will not continue to be made available for download after May 3, 2023.

It is imperative that you download the recovered PST files on or before May 3, 2023 if you wish to have them, as
they may be permanently deleted after that date.

To download your recovered PST files, please follow Step 2 on the customer portal: https://www.rackspace.com/hosted-exchange-incident-data-recovery-resources. Support resources are available on Rackspace landing page at https://www.rackspace.com/hosted-exchange-incident.

If you encounter trouble downloading your PST files, please contact our support via a support ticket in your account.
