Access Your Hosted Exchange PST Files

Rackspace has announced that once your PST files are available, you will have 30 days to download them. 

1) Visit and review the Steps provided on this unique Rackspace Page on "How To Obtain your PST mailbox files and how to import them to your M365 mailbox".

2) To Access Your Hosted Exchange PST files, you first MUST verify your login to your Email Control Panel (KloudEmail Control Panel or ECTek Control Panel). 

To Obtain your Email Control Panel Login Credentials, you will obtain them from your KartHost Customer Center Account located in the Password Manager under the Products/Services Passwords section. Look for your KloudEmail Hosted Exchange (or just KloudEmail Hosted Exchange) product. For instructions on where to obtain your Control Panel Login credentials, visit this tutorial - KartHost Customer Center Password Manager.

Note Previous ECTek clients. You may also use the login page at ECTek Email Control Panel Login .

3) Download PST files -  Once you have verified your Login to the Email Control Panel (KloudEmail Control Panel or ECTek Control Panel), Start at Step 2 "Check if your PST file is ready. Download, if ready.". Here is the link again.

4) How to Import your PST files - In Step 3, provided by Rackspace, you will see the "READ HOW" button linking to a downloadable pdf  this includes the steps on how to CREATE A NEW or 2nd DESKTOP OUTLOOK PROFILE for your new Microsoft 365 mailbox. Here is an insert from the beginning of that file.

Importing PST files into a mailbox requires the desktop version of Microsoft Outlook on Windows.
