Effective Immediately, You Can Now Open & Reply to Support Tickets via Email
IT'S BACK!!!!
Thank you for being so patient as we had to work out a bug with our 3rd party SMTP service providers, Mailgun and Postmark.
The issue of not being able to open a new Support Ticket and Reply to Support Tickets is now resolved.
