Unable to access webmail

Update: POP/IMAP is unaffected and can be used as an alternative while webmail access is unavailable.
Here's the link to setup - https://emailhelp.rackspace.com/ Cloud Office email client configuration utility. Simply log in to access email server settings specific to your mailbox! You can use the alternative to webmail by adding your email address to an Email Clients such as Outlook, Thunderbird, AppleMail the link above assists you with adding your email address to an Email Client on desktop, loptop, etc. On Windows OS you have already install the "Mail" app. On MAC's you should already have "Apple Mail" both free to use with the setup link above if needed. Oh you do need to know your password. |
