As part of the ongoing upgrade transition move to KloudEmail OX, we would like to inform our customers that over the next few months we will be slowly disabling non-SSL (non-secure) IMAP/POP & SMTP protocols from connecting to your respective mailboxes (although we anticipate very few if any clients have set up their devices using non-SSL).
If there have been any customers that have we advised our customers to switch to the SSL hostname/ports within their email clients/devices, these settings can be retrieved by logging into: KloudEmail Setup Tool (Support Center) to retrieve your specific secure settings for your mailbox.
