Our Customer Center will be undergoing major server upgrades.

Downtime:

  • Start: Monday, September 22, 2025 – 5:00 AM CDT

  • End: Tuesday, September 23, 2025 – 8:30 AM CDT

During this time, phone support will be unavailable so our team can focus on the upgrades.

  • Please open a Support Ticket after 12:00 PM or once the Customer Center is back online.

  • For emergencies only, leave a voicemail and we will return your call as soon as possible after upgrade.

Domain Name- DNS Management

When you need help with DNS records
This premium service is exclusively available to existing KartHost clients whose website or email services are hosted with us. It is designed to provide secure, expert assistance when your domain name’s DNS records are managed outside of KartHost, such as with another registrar or DNS provider.

If your domain is not registered or hosted with KartHost and you experience issues affecting your website or email services—such as outages, misconfigured DNS records, or problems following recent changes—our team will intervene to correct, troubleshoot, and optimize your DNS settings. We will securely access your third-party DNS provider as needed, coordinate updates, and document all changes, ensuring your KartHost-hosted website and email function reliably. Best-practice guidance is always provided to help prevent future disruptions.

Billing: This service is billed per incident or at one time or an hourly rate of $105/hr with .25/hr paid in advance ($25), depending on the complexity of your DNS needs. Before you place this order and pay listed fee please contact us via support ticket to insure this service is needed and for a quote.
