Are you getting the dreaded Outlook popup that ask's you to enter your User Name and Password? Similar to below?
Outlook shows this Popup wanting my User Name and Password
If you have set up Outlook (and even the much older Outlook Express) and Outlook was retrieving your emails without issue in the past and you have made NO changes to your password. There could be serveral factors in play here.

NOTE: If you are using cPanel web hosting email, and you have tried 5 or more times unsuccessfully to login, see if you can access your web site from the same internet connection you have attempted to access your email. If you can not access, that means your IP address of your internet connection is blacklisted on the server. You will need to open a Support Ticket to have your IP address removed from the blacklist and your IP added to the Whitelist. To determine your IP address go to Whats my IP Address page at KartHost.

1) Your password might of have been changed unknowingly for some reason. So to confirm this go to Webmail login page and sign in using your email address or Password.
If you can login, that means your password is correct.

2) If your able to login to your Webmail
for your email address having the problems than this more than likely going to be an issue with Outlook itself. Could be a corrupt profile.
If this is the case visit this Microsoft Support page regarding this specific issue: "Save password setting not retained in Outlook or Outlook Express" (Note KartHost has no control over the page that will open up, if the page can not be found that means Microsoft has moved that page to some other location, and if you could report the broken link we would appreciate it)
