Clearing your Cached in Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Safari Print

  • 0

Each time you access a file through your web browser, the browser caches (i.e., stores) it. In this way, the files (including any images on the page) do not have to be newly retrieved from your web site each time you click the Back or Forward buttons. You should periodically clear the cache to allow your browser to function more efficiently.

If you are making changes to pictures and text on your website, and it appears that your web site wasn't updated, so you should clear your Browser Cache to help you see the updates you preformed to your web site. You should also consider clearing Cache on your WordPress server as well as CloudFlare (if applicable).

If you do not see instructions for your specific version or browser, search your browser's Help menu for "clear cache".

If you're unsure what browser version you're using, from the Help menu, select About [browser name]

We have also found a site that can walk you through clearing the Cache on the browser of your choice.
