Scheduled EMAIL Maintenance on January 19th, 2023.
This will affect all of the following types of KloudEmail Hosted Email accounts.
KloudEmail Basic /with or without Archiving
KloudEmail Suite / with or without Archiving
ECTek Basic / with or without Archiving
This does NOT affect Microsoft 365 Email clients
Rackspace Maintenance - Hosted Email
We will be performing maintenance on our Hosted Email environment on
When: Thursday, January 19th, 2023, at 7:00 PM CST (1:00 AM GMT/UTC)
End: 4:00 AM CST (09:00 AM GMT/UTC) January 20th.
Why: During this maintenance, we will upgrade the code on upstream network equipment to provide stability enhancements to the email environment. [This is a good thing]
Is any Down Time Expected?
While all measures are being taken to prevent any impact to users, we do expect a brief, approximately 10 minutes, disruption of email service during the maintenance window, likely occurring between 7:30 PM and 8:30 PM CST (1:30 am to 2:30 am. If a Email user experiences connectivity or access issues after the maintenance window, we would like to encourage you to contact their Support Team for help. [Please open a KartHost Support Ticket]

All updates we receive from Rackspace will be available instantly on our KloudEmail Status page. Please bookmark this page for reference.
Authorized Users in your KartHost Customer Center have the ability to open a ticket via email from their assigned email account. The support email address is [email protected]. If you do not receive a confirmation reply after submitting the request via email, your email may not be authorized by your company to open support tickets with us.
