Are you getting bouncebacks when sending to a  Yahoo / AOL email address (@yahoo.com or @aol.com)?

The Rackspace System support team is reporting the following...

Our (Rackspace) teams are actively partnering with affected recipient mail hosts, significantly improving deliverability.

While we work to resolve this issue fully, some users may still experience mail delivery delays or failures.

If you encounter problems, please retry sending your messages and advise recipients to safelist (whitelist) your domain (email address) for smoother delivery.

Keep in mind, if the domain name that you use does not have a properly set up SPF (TXT) Record, a DKIM Record, and a highly recommended DMARC policy, that in itself will cause a bounce back sending to Yahoo, AOL, and Gmail email addresses.

If you are a client of KartHost (regardless of the email service you have, Microsoft 365 Email (Hosted Exchange), Appriver Hosted Exchange, or KloudEmail service, we are more than happy to check your domains SPF & DKIM (if known) and DMARC policy (if any). We are providing this service and DMARC monitoring at no cost for the 1st year. Open a KartHost Customer Center Customer Service Support Ticket if you would like to request the check.

Put in the Subject of the Ticket DNS Email Check - your-domain-name.com

More info will be made available with the Yahoo & AOL sending issues when we get it.
